The position will be in our NG facility located in Rocket Center, WV just outside of Cumberland, MD. The Allegany Ballistics Laboratory (ABL) site in Rocket Center designs, develops and manufactures tactical rocket motors, medium caliber ammunition, composite components and end items, and fuse and electronics equipment. For decades, the dedicated and highly skilled team at ABL have supported national security efforts by developing and building defense systems for DoD customers and U.S. allies. This requisition may be filled at a higher grade based on qualifications listed below.Roles and Responsibilities
  • Prepare Estimate at Completion in support of Corporate requirements
  • Prepare monthly forecasts for revenue and cash
  • Manage the day-to-day financial requirements for multiple projects
  • Work with program team and support required program meetings
  • Assist Financial Shared Services (FSS) with invoicing
  • Maintain project detail with Deltek/Costpoint
  • Support Customer required reporting requirements
Basic QualificationsThis position may be filled at a level 2 or level 3
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of related experience; a Master's degree with 1 year; or a High School diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years may be accepted in lieu of a degree (Principal level 3 requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years; Master's degree and 3 years; or HS diploma and 9 years)
  • Must be able to work onsite in Rocket Center, WV
  • Requires experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree preferred with degree in Business Administration or Accounting highly preferred
  • Analytical Skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Organizational/Time Management skills and ability to multi task
  • Self-motivated and works well in team environment
  • Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
  • Experience with Deltek/Costpoint
  • Microsoft Office Suite Advanced Excel skills is highly preferred

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.Primary Level Salary Range: $63,800.00 - $95,800.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $78,700.00 - $118,100.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
