- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clubs, addressing inquiries and resolving membership issues in a timely manner
- Receive and process all membership changes and billing issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date member information in the company’s database or CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve account discrepancies, billing issues, or membership concerns.
- Prepare and distribute regular reports on membership activity, billing, or other relevant metrics.
- Support any other tasks and duties assigned by leadership to support the office
- High School diploma or equivalency required
- Proficient reading and writing skills
- Impeccable scheduling and time management skills
- Efficient and effective communication skills
- Previous experience with administrative duties in an office setting is preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and is considerably tech-savvy
- Google Sheets Proficiency Required
