This role is instrumental in managing design-build work, including irrigation, hardscape, lighting, and planting. The successful candidate will handle schedules, budgets, materials, change orders, and subcontractor coordination. This position reports directly to the construction manager and serves as a key point of communication between the company and its clients/vendors.Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise residential and commercial landscape construction projects
  • Manage design-build work, including irrigation, hardscape, lighting, and planting
  • Handle schedules, budgets, materials, change orders, and subcontractor coordination
  • Report directly to the construction manager and maintain client/vendor communication
Qualifications
  • Experience in landscaping is essential
  • Ability to speak Spanish is advantageous
