Systems & Controls Engineering ManagerOur team is growing! We are looking to add a Systems & Controls Engineering Manager to our team in Idaho.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading an engineering group tasked with the design, development, configuring, testing, and debugging of digital controls and computer systems for power plant and research reactor process monitoring and control systems. Oversight and guidance to the engineering team and/or a lead is expected to ensure quality decisions that balance the engineering efforts with business and project needs.Responsibilities will range from hands on engineering to the management and mentoring of engineering personnel. Skill set development, monitoring career progression and ensuring appropriate assignments for direct reports is required to facilitate continued advancement of the CW engineering work force.
