This role is heavily focused on data accuracy, mining, and analysis to identify trends, improve processes, and guide procurement strategies. The analyst serves as a key liaison between procurement, operations, vendors, and internal stakeholders while providing category insights and market analysis. They manage vendor performance through the creation of surveys and scorecards and support cross-functional initiatives including ancillary services. The individual is also the subject matter expert in procurement tools and systems such as Yardi, Excel, and Power BI. This position is both project- and continuous improvement-focused, helping to drive efficiency and strategic decision-making across the organization.Essential Job Function1. Assist Procurement Managers/Ancillary Manager activities by collecting and analyzing spend and revenue data, benchmarking, data support related to P-Card/TE/Amazon transactions, reporting & process improvement opportunities. (30%)2. Maintain & manage the supplier evaluation process including: surveys, scorecards, KPI's, & business reviews (15%)3. Responsible for system data integrity including: spend, revenue, category & supplier data (15%)4. Responsible for Contract upload and maintenance for spend and revenue. Ensuring all data is accurate and Contract PO's are accurately released or managed (25%)5. Will provide data support for RFP's, and other adhoc reports. (5%)6.
