- Close Sales Deals: Use your persuasive skills to convert leads into clients, consistently achieving or surpassing monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers and other sales team members to ensure seamless communication and transition of client information.
- Monitor and Report on Sales Activities: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress using our CRM system.
- Provide Feedback: Share valuable insights to help refine strategies and improve lead generation efforts.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Generate high-quality leads through proactive field efforts.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities.
- Proven experience in outside sales, lead generation, or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
