- Overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality service
- Closing repair orders (ROs) accurately and on time
- Processing payroll for our talented team of technicians
- Serving as a liaison between customers and technicians to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction
- Assisting with vehicle estimates and coordinating with estimators and insurance companies
- Managing administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Supporting overall workflow and stepping in wherever needed
- We’re seeking someone who brings:
- Proven experience in the day-to-day operations of an automotive body shop
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of RO processing and technician payroll systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A customer-first attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Estimating experience is a plus!
