Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage the execution of large-scale construction projects for our new branch in Reno. This role is integral to the success of our growing operations, focused on building automation, HVAC, and commercial construction.Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee large-scale projects with a scope of $5M–$10M.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure financial performance and customer satisfaction through effective project management.
  • Handle construction documentation and workflows efficiently.
  • Manage change orders and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Utilize wireless technology, HVAC controls, and building automation systems in projects.
Essential Skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in construction.
  • Proficiency in building automation systems and construction management.
  • Strong project coordination and construction documentation skills.
  • Experience in budget management and change order processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • PMP Certification is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience in risk management and financial reporting.
  • Strong communication and planning skills.
Work EnvironmentThe position is based at the Switch Data Center in Reno, within the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center (TRIC). Working hours are typically from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build and expand our branch in Reno, supporting data center construction and commissioning.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Reno, Nevada.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.48 - $60.09/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
