- Have general knowledge of system architecture and ongoing/future changes to system affecting system design at a high level; also understanding program processes
- Prepare for and participate in program meetings, boards, and design reviews
- Ensure requirements are captured and allocated to appropriate tests
- Perform technical detailed test planning, system integration and testing for verification and validation
- Support System Certification ActivitiesBasic Qualifications
- Familiarity with testing and problem solving for integrated systems
- Experience analyzing and decomposing requirements
- Experience developing and executing test plans
- Current Top Secret security clearance
- Experience with OPIR and/or SBIRS mission processing
- Experience with IT/WAA system certification activities
- Ability to absorb extensive technical detail and logically formulate solutions for execution on an inflexible schedule, often requiring integration of conflicting and, at times, incomplete data
- Ability to interact with hardware and software developers to ensure mission requirements are satisfied
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with strong presentation skills and capable of briefing audiences of varying technical knowledge
- Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and take on numerous roles as part of the daily program operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members
- Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker with the ability to select and apply appropriate systems thinking skills to solve problems and implement constructive change
- Current TS/SCI security clearance
