- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other relevant certifications
- Proven experience in managing technical projects, ideally in a related industry
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, create project plans, and manage resources
- Supervise project teams, foster collaboration, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Regularly communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders, both technical and non-technical
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize negative impacts on the project
- Monitor project expenses and ensure that spending stays within the allocated budget
- Ensure that the project deliverables meet the required quality standards
- Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve conflicts, and make informed decisions to keep the project on track
