Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, create project plans, and manage resources
  • Supervise project teams, foster collaboration, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
  • Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders, both technical and non-technical
  • Identify potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize negative impacts on the project
  • Monitor project expenses and ensure that spending stays within the allocated budget
  • Ensure that the project deliverables meet the required quality standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in technology-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT)
  • Possess a strong understanding of relevant technologies and methodologies to effectively manage technical aspects of the project
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues, resolving conflicts, and making informed decisions to keep the project on track
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other relevant certifications
  • Proven experience in managing technical projects, ideally in a related industry
