ProductionengadpBasic Qualifications- Bachelors degree required to apply- Experience in a manufacturing environment working cross functionally with other disciplines including industrial engineering, planning, scheduling, Quality Assurance &/or production operations.-Experience supporting vehicle systems installations & integration into a final product. Experience should include some combination of the following systems: electrical harness installation, fuel systems, hydraulic systems, propulsion systems, avionics, and related systems.-Ability to obtain a secret security clearance after offer acceptance and willing to stay in current role/employment throughout the clearance processing period. Candidate must have a full secret clearance prior to start.-Ability to obtain special program access within 3 months of start date with LM.-Desired skills- STEM degree preferred
-Active Secret security clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years.
-Experience in liaison role supporting production activities and rapidly resolving constraints to minimize production impact.
-Experience supporting final assembly including collaborating with various disciplines to coordinate closeouts and system checkouts.
-Experience supporting various projects and coordinating activities related to the full life cycle of projects from conception to delivery.
-Demonstrated ability to drive issues to closure and develop preventative action plan to limit failures in the future.
-Demonstrated understanding of engineering blueprints, process specifications and manufacturing planning.
-Self-starter with ability to operate with limited direction.
-Previous experience with engineering releases and configuration change control.
-Proficient working in 3D modelling software (CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks, Nx), product Lifecycle Manager (PLM) programs (e.g. 3DX, Teamcenter, PDM, etc.), and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) programs (iBASEt, SAP, etc.).VirtualnoZip93599EEOLockheed Martin is an equal opportunity employer.
