- Enterprise Benefits Administration: Administer and analyze health, welfare, retirement, leave, and wellness plans. Monitor benefit metrics, conduct financial modeling, and support budgeting and compliance. Lead projects such as open enrollment and system updates. Perform audits, resolve benefit errors, and research industry trends. Support HR training and benefit communications. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Leverage AI technologies to streamline benefits administration processes, including automating routine tasks.
- Corporate Human Resources Administration: Manage all onboarding activities. Create and deliver employee communications. Administer various HR programs. Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve the employee experience. Serve as a resource for employees and operating company HR teams.
- Enterprise Compliance: Monitor HR regulatory updates and support compliance activities including but not limited to EEO reporting, nondiscrimination testing, and 409a reporting.
- Customer Service: Provide professional and responsive support to employee inquiries and requests.
- Other HR Support: Participate in HR event planning, process reviews, and provide general support to the HR department as needed.
- 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration and HR generalist activities
- Demonstrates knowledge of federal, state and local regulations and guidelines regarding benefits, including but not limited to ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, FMLA, COBRA, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, human resources, or related field; or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with operating companies and other departments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities and adaptability to evolving technologies
- A high degree of confidentiality and discretion is imperative.
- Experience in HRMS administration, UKG preferred
- Experience using a business intelligence tool for data analytics and report writing
- SHRM-CP and/or CEBS/CBP preferred or willingness to achieve certification status

- The expected base compensation for this role is $70,000-$85,000 annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
