- Consult and coach departmental leaders to support the business’s vision and objectives.
- Prepare and deliver information on HR policies and best practices to senior leadership and staff.
- Act as a strategic HR partner by aligning human capital strategies with business objectives.
- Lead performance management, employee development, and succession planning in the Renewables group.
- Support organizational change initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Mentor HR team members for effective service delivery and growth.
- Partner with leaders to develop HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with training to guide employees on HR best practices.
- Build strong relationships with senior management to understand needs and recommend workforce planning improvements.
- Participate in designing long-range HR objectives focused on staffing and talent management.
- Collaborate with Compensation Manager on promotions and pay adjustments for equity.
- Maintain HR knowledge to ensure compliance with laws and identify efficiencies.
- Coach management on HR policies, compensation, benefits, and employee relations laws.
- Lead special projects aligned with organizational strategies.
- Provide daily guidance to HRBPs and oversee onboarding/training for new HRBPs.
- Responsible for supervising HRBPs and other assigned duties.
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Seven+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Compensation $135,000-$155,000 / year, commensurate with experience
