OverviewAsphalt Roller Operator
Location Address: 556 Struthers Avenue, Grand Junction, Colorado 81501Elam Construction, a Summit Materials LLC company, is looking for Roller Operators. In this position you will be responsible for compact, and finish paced asphalt to reach compaction specification and quality finish.Roles & Responsibilities
  • Break down asphalt behind pavers to achieve consistent density and establish rolling pattern with tester
  • Finish-roll asphalt to obtain final compaction and remove any roller lines
  • Notify crew of any mat defects overlooked before rolling
  • Assist crew with shoveling and raking
  • Assist crew with Job site set up and clean up
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience Operating a Roller
