Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations for a CPP-designated residential facility.
  • Foster a positive facility culture aligned with our mission, values, and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate staff, including new hire onboarding and annual performance reviews.
  • Ensure staff deliver person-centered supports consistent with program design, Needs and Services assessments, and quality standards.
  • Participate in the evaluation of potential residents for placement in keeping with regulations and program design.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (conservators, healthcare providers, regional centers, QA professionals, etc.) as a member of each resident’s support team.
  • Actively attend management team meetings (twice monthly), client support meetings, and organizational events.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, facility records, and budget oversight.
  • Ensure proper vehicle and facility maintenance, as well as regulatory compliance with Title 17 and Title 22.
  • Support implementation of resident behavior plans and wellness strategies with fidelity.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Current ARF Administrator Certificate (authorized by CA DSS)
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in programs supporting adults with developmental disabilities and behavioral needs
  • Experience in a Level CPP-designated home or higher strongly preferred
  • DSP I & II Certification
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid California Driver’s License with a good driving record
  • Ability to pass DOJ criminal background clearance
  • Completion of Health screening & TB test prior to hire
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
  • Completion of RSS 1 and RSS 2
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and general computer/technology systems
  • 5+ years of experience providing or supervising behavior support services in a CPP home or higher-level setting
  • Current First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
