This position offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects while collaborating with a talented team of professionals. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in civil engineering, land development, and project management.Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for land development projects.
  • Prepare comprehensive engineering designs, plans, and specifications for site development.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including surveyors, architects, and environmental specialists.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Perform calculations, simulations, and analyses to optimize project outcomes.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients and project stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, innovations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • EIT or working towards it!!!
  • 3+ years of experience in land development/civil engineering.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant design software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of local zoning codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
