Job Responsibilities:This position requires the planning and execution of diverse civil engineering projects. It will serve as the project lead and work with the engineering team to provide state of the art engineering and construction solutions to clients by leading in the preparation and design of site development plans, reports, and specifications for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. It will also provide a varied work environment that allows you plenty of chances to get out of the office and into the field.Duties:
  • Prepare preliminary and final design work for site development projects.
  • Perform storm drainage, water, and sewer calculations and reports.
  • Create complex construction drawings and details using AutoCAD or Carlson applications.
  • Oversee sub-consultants
  • Provide due diligence and feasibility studies
  • Manage all aspects of project development from programming through construction administration
  • Create and track project budgets, proposals, and schedules
  • Manage client relations
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited College/University
  • 3+ years of experience
  • EIT or PE license
  • Ability to collaborate with in-house Engineers, Landscape Architects, and Surveyors.
  • Must have a valid US Driver's License.
