Hybrid Role of SAP Functional Consultant in LA, CA

• Proven experience with SAP ECC and a solid understanding of SAP modules, including FI/CO, FM, PS, MM, Asset, HR, AP/AR, SD-Customer/AR, and module integration.
• Generalized knowledge of the above SAP modules to enable effective collaboration with functional and business teams.
• Strong grasp of SAP technical aspects, including tables and transaction codes.
• Experience working with technical ABAP resources to complete deliverables.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work as both a team player and a driver, leading tasks to successful completion.

• Collaborate closely with client Functional Support Team Leads, process owners, and team members to gather essential information, including data reports, conversion details, and configuration data.
• Provide functional support to the working team, ensuring consulting team receives accurate and timely SAP system/process information.
• Align and incorporate essential SAP transactions (standard and custom/Z transaction codes) in preparation for the Oracle go-live.
• Work in partnership with the consulting and client Team to gather and document requirements, driving tasks to completion.
• Identify potential issues proactively and escalate concerns promptly to ensure project timelines are met.
• Communicate effectively with the PMO and working team regarding SAP-specific information and project updates.
• Lead and drive deliverables to completion, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to project goals.
• Work with technical ABAP resources to deliver required SAP solutions and support project success.
