
HR Business Partner

- Advise management and employees on interpretation of policies, guidelines, and procedures;
- Conduct investigations and facilitate terminations in partnership with management;
- Work with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues;
- Prepare reports and analyze data for information reporting and management decision making;
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends;
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team on recruitment goals and strategies for assigned departments; and
- Develop and present employee and management trainings;
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 - 6 years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Generalist or ER Specialist;
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws;
- Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
