- Project Management: Lead and manage creative projects from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring that all milestones and deadlines are met.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, copywriting, and other internal teams to align creative efforts with business goals, brand standards, and campaign objectives.
- Timeline and Resource Management: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation. Ensure that projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Creative Briefs: Create clear, actionable creative briefs for design and content teams, ensuring all projects align with brand strategy and creative vision.
- Quality Control: Oversee quality assurance by ensuring all deliverables meet brand guidelines and are on-message before being shared with stakeholders or external partners.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update key stakeholders on project status, challenges, and successes, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the creative process.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve project workflows, streamline processes, and increase efficiency within the creative team.
- Vendor & Agency Coordination: Manage external vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of creative assets, including photography, video production, and design work.
- Post-Project Review: Lead post-project debriefs with teams to evaluate successes, identify areas for improvement, and apply learnings to future projects.
- 5 years of experience in creative project management or a similar role, preferably in ecommerce, retail, fashion, or jewelry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
- Experience managing both digital and print projects, including social media content, website updates, email campaigns, and video production.
- Ability to balance creative vision with practical execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and on budget.
- Knowledge of Asana will be required for this role.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a passion for the jewelry, fashion, or luxury industry.
