Job Description:JOB SUMMARY: Perform the duties of greeting, serving, and waiting on customers who were invited to dine at a banquet function. Must be 21 or older.KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: Ability to clean and stock areas. Acknowledge, greet and converse in English with customers. Ability to read and write in English. Respond to visual and oral signals. Ability to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke. To be able to make change accurately. Physical dexterity to carry and to remove dishes, deliver food, and assist in seating guest. To be able to carry large trays with a minimum of six dinners on it. Demonstrate the willingness to be a team player. Must be able to work flexible schedules, that include nights, weekends and holidays. Must be able to move/ carry tables and chairs push carts down or up a ramp and whatever else the job entails. Be able to work in all kinds of weather hot or cold, indoors and outdoors. Ability to continually stand and walk entire shift. To give friendly and excellent service. Wash our own silverware and utensils bring back, rolling of tables, stack chairs and what ever else is needed to get the job done.EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: 1 years' experience, must be 21 and older, Health Card, Alcohol Awareness CardPHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS: Dexterity to utilize tools, Bright lights, Work in hot or cold temperatures, Walk Entire Shift, Maneuver in confined spaces, Dusty environment, Walk up and down stairs, Guest Contact, Reach, Bend, Stoop, Twist, Hear, Tolerate high noise areas, Speak/Read/Write/Understand English, Work in outdoor weather conditions (hot/cold), Work flexible schedules, Work in second-hand smoke environment, Push/Pull up to 100 pounds, Lift up to 50 pounds
