ResponsibilitiesAssist and prepare in set up of the banquet area prior to guest arrival to ensure room design is executed correctlyMaintain timeline of events to ensure seamless serviceAnticipate guests' service needs, including asking questions of guests to better understand their needs and watching/listening to guest preferences and acting on them whenever possible.Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageFollow all state and local laws for serving alcohol responsiblyMaintain cleanliness and condition of stations, tables, and other tools, following all set-up guidelinesMaintain complete knowledge of the daily scheduled group functions, times, locations, amount of people; location of all Golden Nugget function space and names of rooms; all styles of meeting and banquet room settings
