What you’ll do as a Cell Tower Technician:
  • You will be responsible for installing state of the art products to customers by exceeding the customer’s expectations.
  • Ensure highest level of safety and quality control requirements are upheld
  • Installing and upgrading antennas
  • Electronic testing of equipment to inspect the tower’s operation
  • Identifying problems and performing maintenance of network equipment
  • Installation and servicing of wireless equipment in the field
  • Instruct and follow of all OSHA and Company Fall Safety procedures
  • Safely working in ALL environments
  • Show up on time every day, ready to rock and roll
  • Basic use of hand tools and equipment
  • Able to identify hazards associated with the construction industry
  • Work closely with your team and follow instructions
What you’ll need
  • To be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company
  • Valid Drivers License
Physical abilities & exposures
  • Routinely: climb, stoop, push, pull, bend, reach, lift , stand
  • Occasionally: sit
  • Candidate must be able to climb towers at heights of up to 300" or more.
  • Able to lift up to 75lbs
