- Lead the design and development of advanced electrical control panels using CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN)
- Proven tract record of owning all phases of the product lifecycle through to post-release support and continuous improvement
- Oversee the creation of detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and BOMS
- Ensure compliance with UL508A, NEC, IEC, an other applicable standards
- Technical proficiency in addressing customer inquiries and support sales teams
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in control panel design and industrial automation
- Advanced profiency in AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN or similar platforms
- Experience designing low voltage AC/DC power distribution systems
- Strong understanding of control system architecture, wiring practices, and industrial components
- Proven experience with regulatory compliance and safety standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high quality results under tight deadlines
- Experience with ERP systems and integration of BOMS into procurement workflows
- Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, motion control, and industrial networking
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and design for manufacturability principles
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, automotive) Oil & Gas, water/wastewater, and irrigation is a plus.
