Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary mechanical design lead and client liaison for multiple construction projects simultaneouslyDevelop and oversee mechanical (HVAC and plumbing) systems from basis of design to fully engineered, stamped construction documents * Perform detailed load and sizing calculations for HVAC and plumbing systemsSupport business development efforts by contributing to proposals, qualifications packages, and participating in client interviews for new pursuitsCollaborate across delivery models including design-build, design-bid-build, MCCM, design assist, and progressive design-buildProvide technical oversight and support to internal design and construction teamsContinuously refine and improve internal templates, standards, and processes to increase design efficiency and accuracySupport additional initiatives and duties as assigned by leadership QualificationsRequired:
EIT licensing and pursuing Professional Licensing in state of WA
