- Oversee the company's portfolio of third-party applications, including EDI transactions and associated recurring costs.
- Identify and document business requirements, assess impact on existing processes, and manage related business process changes.
- Lead implementation and training efforts for new solutions, ensuring seamless adoption across teams.
- Ensure optimal performance of all business applications, including Microsoft Office & Azure products, EDI processes, and third-party add-ons.
- Support and troubleshoot designated business hardware (e.g., computers, tablets, scan guns, tag printers) to maintain operational efficiency.
- Coordinate all IT security processes and certifications (TISAX, CMMC, CUI) with corporate IT Security.
- Provide oversight for IT projects and budgets, ensuring alignment with ROI expectations and strategic goals.
- Act as the primary liaison between the business and corporate functions for all third-party applications and EDI-related matters.
- Monitor emerging trends in manufacturing IT systems and collaborate with executive leadership to shape and drive the organization's IT strategy.

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering, or 5+ years of direct IT management experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Azure platforms.
- Experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred.
- Strong analytical, statistical, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects through successful “Go Live” phases.
- Willingness to travel and support business operations across the CPG network.
- Experience with SQL database management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps).
- Knowledge of IT and Agile project management methodologies.
- Prior experience managing an IT team.
