Reports to: Bar Manager / General ManagerOverview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our opening team at Noii. This role is key to delivering a refined yet inviting bar experience that reflects our philosophy, elevating tradition with modern flair. The ideal candidate combines expert cocktail skills with warm hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment, and is eager to contribute creatively to our beverage program.Key Responsibilities:
● Craft inspired, balanced cocktails with precision, creativity, and consistency.
● Provide exceptional guest service at the bar and in the dining room when needed.
● Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere for all guests.
● Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and proper setup/breakdown before and after shifts.
● Ensure accuracy in cash handling, tabs, and POS transactions.
● Work collaboratively with the kitchen and FOH teams to ensure smooth service flow.
● Follow all liquor laws, MAST guidelines, and health & safety regulations.
● Assist with seasonal cocktail development and bar menu updates.
● Maintain proper stock levels, prepare garnishes, syrups, and other bar ingredients.
● Anticipate prep needs and restock efficiently to ensure readiness for upcoming shifts.
● Monitor responsible alcohol service and guest consumption.
● Participate in tastings, training, and creative sessions.Qualifications:
● Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale dining environment.
● Strong knowledge of spirits, sake, beer, wine, and classic cocktail techniques.
● Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
● Passion for mixology, hospitality, and guest engagement.
● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
● MAST Permit and Food Handler’s Certification (or ability to obtain before start date).
