- Oversee all website content updates for Havertys.com, including promotions, in-store events, and routine enhancements, ensuring a dynamic and engaging online presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to design and optimize landing page experiences for paid media and organic traffic, ensuring content alignment with overall objectives.
- Analyze daily core site and marketing channel metrics to identify significant changes and optimization opportunities, while also supporting the marketing team with campaign performance, event outcomes, and overall marketing effectiveness. Leveraging these insights to highlight key trends and represent the voice of the customer.
- Collaborate with the Creative team by offering clear direction and feedback on site updates, content changes, and optimizations. Ensure that all efforts align with brand, promotion, and campaign standards, while also delivering on time with accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee reputation and reviews management, ensuring that store location information is accurate, customer reviews are effectively driven, and best practices are consistently followed.
- Maintain a strong understanding of SEO principles, leveraging hands-on experience to continuously learn and apply best practices for optimal site performance.
- Assist the Senior Website Manager with site testing initiatives
- Assist the Brand Manager in crafting and executing targeted promotional and marketing email communications for our customer base.

- 1-3 years of experience in digital content coordination, marketing, or related roles, with a focus on e-commerce and CMS platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field, providing foundational knowledge and skills relevant to the digital marketing landscape
- Experience working in e-commerce and CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Shopify) to facilitate website content.
- Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience using Excel and website analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) to support data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to present findings and strategies effectively to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness, approaching challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and a positive "can do" attitude.
- A proactive and driven individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for digital marketing.

- Work at the Havertys Home Office located at 780 Johnson Ferry Rd. NE, Atlanta, GA 30342, four to five days per week.
