  • Provide data analysis and ongoing support to department managers, supervisors, and directors within EdTech around program implementation and meeting the needs of the staff.
  • Collaborate with internal and external department stakeholders to coordinate logistics of campus moves due to construction and/or renovation; evaluate and recommend strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
  • Assist with the design, implementation, monitoring, support, communication and continuous improvement of the department STAR and Fellowship programs that lead collaboration between the campuses.
  • Develop, write, coordinate, and present for project status, updates, and changes.
  • Track the progress of department projects against goals, objectives, approved budgets, and approved timelines and report status and variances.
  • Provide business support to customers, helpdesk, and other internal personnel to meet business and operational requirements; research and resolve any issues that may arise and engage appropriate resources to manage issues to resolution..
  • Coordinate the internal quality review process involving leading or conducting performance, financial and compliance review projects, and provide ongoing training to the organization's management and staff.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues that may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes; summarize findings, prepare reports and make recommendations on changes with the goal of improving processes or operations.

Qualifications
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
