- Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for pediatric patients and expectant families.
- Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and respect in all interactions.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and care teams.
- Support a collaborative, team-based approach to pediatric and fetal cardiology care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing.
- Current RN license in accordance with state regulations (please include license information in your application).
- 1–3 years of RN experience preferred; experience in pediatric or fetal cardiology strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

- Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures and systems.
- Knowledge of computer systems and applications.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and documentation requirements.

- Interpersonal skills to successfully interact with practice leadership and staff
- Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel
