- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with potential customers.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and partners.
- Prepare persuasive proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Collaborate with remote teams across different time zones to deliver seamless client engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and leverage knowledge to address customer needs proactively.
- A minimum of 15 years’ experience in selling multi-year digital software product engineering services to large enterprises in the United States
- Comprehensive knowledge of the IT industry and software development, with a focus on digital product engineering engagements
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently
- Expertise in one or more domains such as FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, Transportation & Logistics, Insurance (P&C), Construction & Engineering, or EdTech is a strong plus.
- Experience working with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies is highly desirable
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global, remote teams
- Familiarity with current digital technologies and emerging industry trends
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer challenges effectively
