- Support the intake, develop and grow client relationships through project execution.
- Perform job walks to scope service projects. Provide timely estimates and responses to client service and warranty inquiries.
- Schedule manpower for approved service projects and submit timely invoices for payment.
- Support Service Technician Team with scoping, project documentation, procurement/AP, scheduling, and maintenance of accurate time records and work orders.
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities for multiple service projects.
- Provide direction to field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to plans and specifications.
- Ensure all team members comply with OSHA safety standards. Perform routine safety audits of service work, promote jobsite safety, encourage safe work practices and rectify job site hazards immediately.
- Provide feedback to managers regarding leads, opportunities, client retention, current workload, customer issues, and all issues relevant to the business.
- Support team and Service Manager to implement service standards and procedures for the Service Department
- Understand construction costs, scheduling, and estimating.
- Foster BNB culture.

- Strong communication skills with subcontractors and design teams
- 5+ years of construction experience.
- High level of organizational ability and professionalism.
- Ability to engage with diverse teams.
- Ability to delegate project tasks to appropriate team members.
- Ability to train/mentor supporting project staff.
- Training requirements: Orientation, OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, Freedom from Danger, Hazcom/GHS, Risk Register, Safety App, and Incident Investigation.
