- Lead strategic ES initiatives across internal communications, ESBP operations, logistics, and organizational efficiency.
- Drive operational excellence by identifying process gaps, recommending improvements, and owning implementation of high-impact initiatives for the ESBP Leadership Team.
- Execute large-scale strategic projects by setting objectives, defining roles and responsibilities, managing work streams, and tracking deliverables to successful completion.
- Partner across COEs, the Office of the Chief People Officer, and global ES teams to ensure seamless delivery of processes, programs, and insights for the ESBP organization.
- Serve as a problem solver for high-priority, sensitive, or ambiguous challenges — removing roadblocks, driving clarity, and enabling leadership decisions.
- Develop global frameworks that balance consistency with regional flexibility, aligning stakeholders and communications across worldwide Sales ES teams.
- Create and maintain scalable tools, templates, and resources to support consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Translate data into narratives by building insights, surfacing trends, and recommending improvements to ESBP Leadership.
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to operate independently and take initiative.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and proven track record as a change agent in dynamic environments.
- Strong program and project execution skills, with a results-driven mindset and ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder processes.
- Experience partnering across Employee Success (ES), building alignment and driving adoption of programs and initiatives.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, able to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communicator, with strong verbal and written skills; able to deliver succinct, clear, and impactful messaging.
- Trusted with highly sensitive data, consistently demonstrating discretion and confidentiality.
- Quick learner with cultural awareness, able to ramp up rapidly, understand Salesforce’s unique environment, and anticipate areas for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 10+ years of HR Generalist, HR Operations or HR Analytics experience
