Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
Provide 5-Star Service
Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans
Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals
Mentor and guide apprentices to foster their skills
Show yourself as a professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business
RequirementsWhat We Need
Valid Minnesota plumbing license and relevant certifications
Friendly attitude
Ability to work well in a team
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
Alignment with our company’s faith and freedom-based values
Additional Requirements
Must be able to successfully pass a drug test, background check & motor vehicle check
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
