- Proven experience in designing and implementing learning programs and employee training.
- Experience with change management and driving culture transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience in related fields.
- 5+ years' experience in human resources, talent management, or learning and development.
- Experience in designing or implementing development programs that drive business results.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
