Job Description :Our Client is seeking a Strategic Account Manager, based in Seattle, to take ownership of a critical client relationship. This is a client growth and partnership opportunity for someone who thrives on building trusted executive relationships and driving measurable impact through strategic account expansion.As the primary point of contact for a major global client, you will be responsible for growing revenue within the account, identifying new business opportunities, facilitating Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and ensuring we remain a trusted, value-adding partner.Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Ownership & Growth:
Own the overall client relationship and revenue growth strategy for a key enterprise account, with full accountability for hitting and exceeding revenue targets. * Strategic Partnership Development:Deepen client relationships by understanding their evolving needs and aligning Our Client’s multilingual data solutions and AI technologies (ML, NLP, GenAI, LLMs) to support their goals. * Opportunity Identification:Actively identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand the scope of services, leveraging internal expertise and innovation, managing targets/quotas for growth. * Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs):Lead regular QBRs to communicate progress, gather feedback, align on priorities, and demonstrate business impact. * Executive Engagement:Build relationships at multiple levels of the client organization, including key decision-makers and stakeholders. * Cross-functional Collaboration:Partner closely with internal teams including delivery, solutions, product, and marketing to ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded. * Revenue Reporting & Forecasting:Track and report on revenue performance, pipeline opportunities, and strategic initiatives using CRM and sales tools.RequirementsQualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, enterprise sales, or client success—preferably in the data, AI, or multilingual services space.
  • Proven track record of growing large strategic accounts and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Exceptional relationship management and consultative selling skills.
  • Strong understanding of AI-driven technologies (ML, NLP, GenAI, LLMs) and how they apply to enterprise data needs is a strong asset.
  • Experience running QBRs and engaging with C-level executives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Candidate must be based in Seattle.
