- Conceptualize, design, and create marketing materials to include, website interfaces, digital advertising, collateral literature, print advertising, and video content.
- Develop marketing campaigns for the purpose of generating new leads and opportunities for the sales organization.
- Support existing marketing programs such as web-based campaigns and sends, search engine analytics, and list management.
- External and internal email newsletter creation including writing, image creation, and custom coding.
- Manage and support various internal communications and merchandising initiatives locally, and at facilities around the globe.
- Minimum 2-3 years professional web and print design experience, healthcare related experience will be a plus
- Minimum Associates Degree in Visual Communications, Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Graphic Design/Visual Communications
- The successful candidate will offer a portfolio that demonstrates advanced conceptual, graphic design, illustration, and videography skills; the ability to think creatively; and a keen eye for the aesthetic, color use and typography.
- Thorough understanding of search engine ad placement and campaign management
- Strong web publishing skills in CSS, HTML, ASPX and basic web script languages
- Stronger than usual attention to detail and deadlines
- Ability to read and adapt to market trends and conditions
- Ability to develop and implement marketing campaigns that are unique and effective
- Ability to manage and maintain complex asset libraries
- A quick learner with a willingness and ability to multitask and switch context when necessary

- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the following software packages: Adobe’s Creative Cloud suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Dreamweaver, and InDesign. Maxon’s Cinema 4D or similar advanced 3D application
- Advanced skills and proficient in the use and navigation of Windows operating system in a networked environment. Ability to use advanced functions in most standard office applications. Ability to efficiently use advanced Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel functions to meet the productivity requirements of the position.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Account Engagement, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Must be capable of learning new software tools and use them efficiently.
