  • Assist in tendering outbound freight to various freight forwarders and coordinating shipment pickups
  • Support communication between carriers, freight forwarders, and distribution centers to align transportation schedules
  • Analyze freight forwarder performance (e.g., on-time pickups, delivery rates, cost-efficiency) and present improvement recommendations
  • Conduct order compliance audits to ensure export orders meet regulatory standards and identify training or process gaps
  • Review carrier communication logs to identify recurring issues or bottlenecks and develop standard response templates
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and transportation processes
What makes you a good fit
  • A current Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing a degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or Computer Science / Engineering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI is preferred for data visualization and reporting
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends and insights
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

  • This internship is NOT eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.
  • The anticipated start date for this internship is January 12, 2026, and the anticipated end date is May 15, 2026.
  • This position requires you be available to work ~20 hours/week.

The salary for this role is $22-$27/hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.
