Develop strategic presentations and business cases for senior leadership, highlighting franchise growth opportunities and market entry strategies via strong story-driven business decks based on data and insights
Support strategic content plans from development through tactical execution, including management of brand guidelines, creative development, and media tracking and measurement
Conduct a quarterly analysis of franchise financials, providing key performance rationale, and recommending action plans to maximize future potential.
Synthesize consumer insights and franchise performance data into clear business narratives that inform international growth strategies
Manage the development and ongoing delivery of franchise monthly newsletters, tracking industry news, competitive set, and sharing brand news from across TWDC
Conduct competitive landscape analysis to identify resonance and white space opportunities, including financial reporting, commercial, and product innovation.
Support cross-functional franchise initiatives, including identifying whitespace opportunities and ideating new business concepts
Support ad hoc research and strategy workstreams as prioritized by the franchise and commercial strategy teams
Coordinate project workflows and manage deliverables across time zones
Collaborate across internal platforms (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint) to track progress, streamline communication, and document insights
Provide ad hoc administrative support and facilitate team productivity by managing meeting logistics, including preparing agendas, recording and distributing detailed meeting minutes, and tracking follow-ups to ensure alignment on project deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and strategic storytelling
Proven success in cross-functional project management, ideally in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience influencing across levels
Familiarity with global entertainment trends, IP lifecycle management, and consumer engagement strategies
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Airtable)
Written fluency in English; additional fluency in Japanese, Cantonese, or Mandarin a strong plus

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a graduate degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information:
Fully available for the duration of the internship (approximately 40 hours each week)
Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Glendale, CA area
Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
