- Plan and execute events hosted by the President’s Office, ensuring seamless coordination and high-quality experiences.
- Collaborate with others to facilitate Presidential speaking engagements, community initiatives, and formal communications from the President’s Office.
- Support special projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide logistical support to maximize the effectiveness of the President’s Office.
- Education: Minimum associate’s degree required.
- Experience: At least three years of experience coordinating high-profile events and projects.
- Organizational Skills: Highly detail-oriented, adept at multitasking, self-managing, and adapting in a dynamic environment.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience writing talking points, messages, and more.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to collaborate, influence, and exercise discernment and confidentiality.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated adaptability and analytical thinking.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications.
- Integrity & Engagement: Candidates must exhibit high ethical standards and an eagerness to engage with students, serving as role models.
