- Perform administrative duties & tasks for multiple capital projects simultaneously.
- Maintain accurate records and track project documentation from planning through close-out.
- Support the Capital Review Committee (CRC) with scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for PeopleSoft and Construction Management Software.
- Assist Project Managers during the close-out phase, including financial reconciliation and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and create reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Handle electronic filing, contract and purchase order data entry, and office management duties.
- Identify and resolve workflow issues to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide high-quality customer service and collaborate effectively across departments.
Schedule: Full-time, Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation: $22.33 – $29.81/hour (based on experience) + comprehensive benefits packageQualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in commercial construction.
- Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) certification is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint (MOS Certification preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting skills with computer systems and office technology.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team.
- Willingness to engage with students and serve as a positive role model.
- High level of integrity and professionalism required.
