
Manager - Regional Sales

- Supervise the activities of the Senior Sales Representatives, Sales Representatives and Sales Engineers to achieve department customer addition budget goals and ensure profitable new loads are added to the system.
- Seek and add new large commercial and industrial customers. Manage the design, contracting, approvals and installation of large commercial and industrial projects.
- Work with the Senior Manager Business Development to manage New Business capital for the region. Optimize the allocation of capital, track and forecast New Business expenditures and ensure profitable growth.
- Review regional new business main installations and GOM.
- Be involved in regional industry/professional, community and Business Industry organizations. Act as a media backup to the Senior Manager - Business Development.
- Extensive knowledge of UGI Tariffs, information systems and policies desired
- Knowledge of UGI project management components including Operations practices, environmental policies, Right of Way policies, and municipal and State permitting
- Knowledge of construction methods and practices related to the installation and maintenance of gas distribution equipment, including GOM.
- Knowledge of UGI's service policies, current rebate programs, technical knowledge of natural gas equipment
- Must have strong communication (both written and oral), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and decision-making skills and computer proficiency are a must. Must be self-motivated in pursuing strategies and tasks.
