- Partnering with LOBs to understand opportunities in sales targeting, pricing, credit evaluation, and financial analysis.
- Collaborating with the Innovation Lab for solution design, prototyping, and technical development.
- Developing KPI frameworks to measure business impact in dollar terms, track results over time, and report outcomes to stakeholders.
- Ensuring solutions are business-ready, user-friendly, and widely adopted.
- Partnering closely with engineering, data science, and design to ship on time.
- Applying agile practices to deliver value quickly and adapt based on results.
- Building trust in AI outputs through transparency, explainability, and training.
- Actively managing rollout, feedback collection, and iteration.
- Connecting strategic priorities with operational delivery to ensure AI tools meet high-impact needs.
- Rapidly building knowledge in financial services data and decision processes.
- Balancing AI sophistication with regulatory and explainability requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience in technology, software, or user experience.
- Proven track record delivering AI/data products end-to-end—not just strategy.
- Strong ability to align stakeholders, manage data pipelines, validate models, and track impact metrics.
- Hands-on executor who thrives in ambiguity, learns fast, and drives measurable results.
