- Prepare, review, and analyze expense forecasts in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage the PR/PO month-end accrual process and support other month-end financial close activities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management, delivering insights that drive business growth.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of the annual operating plan, including data gathering, model building, and scenario analysis.
- Contribute to the rollout, management, and continuous improvement of our new travel and expense management platform.
- Identify opportunities to automate financial and management reporting.
- Perform ad hoc financial modeling, variance analysis, and reporting as required by leadership.
- Communicate financial insights and analytics clearly to diverse audiences across the Americas region.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis, accounting, or a related function.
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data visualization) and PowerPoint (presentation and executive summary skills).
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ERP systems or travel & expense tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Power Query, macros, or other reporting solutions) or a willingness to learn is desirable.
