- Lead and manage the company's consolidated financial planning processes, including annual budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial analyses, reports, and dashboards to senior management and the executive team.
- Provide insightful analysis on financial performance, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial discipline and achieve operational efficiencies.
- Enhance and optimize our financial planning system (preferably Adaptive Planning) to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting capabilities.
- Maintain and administer our instance of Adaptive Planning system
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes and reporting.
- Mentor and develop junior members of the FP&A team.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in finance, with a strong background in one or more of the following: FP&A, investment banking, private equity, equity research, or other related discipline.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and quantitative analysis.
- Extensive experience with financial planning systems such as Oracle Hyperion, IBM TM1, SAP, or similar.
- Strong preference for candidates with direct experience and/or Administrative experience in Adaptive Planning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Google Slides.
