This critical role will be instrumental in driving our financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting processes, providing key insights to senior leadership, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in finance, gained through experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, equity research, or other related discipline. You'll be a strategic thinker with exceptional financial modeling skills and a proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights. Experience with financial planning systems is essential, with a strong preference for candidates proficient in Adaptive Planning.Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the company's consolidated financial planning processes, including annual budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial analyses, reports, and dashboards to senior management and the executive team.
  • Provide insightful analysis on financial performance, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial discipline and achieve operational efficiencies.
  • Enhance and optimize our financial planning system (preferably Adaptive Planning) to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting capabilities.
  • Maintain and administer our instance of Adaptive Planning system
  • Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes and reporting.
  • Mentor and develop junior members of the FP&A team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in finance, with a strong background in one or more of the following: FP&A, investment banking, private equity, equity research, or other related discipline.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and quantitative analysis.
  • Extensive experience with financial planning systems such as Oracle Hyperion, IBM TM1, SAP, or similar.
  • Strong preference for candidates with direct experience and/or Administrative experience in Adaptive Planning.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Google Slides.
