My client are looking for a Project Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and is eager to grow their career while delivering high-quality residential communities.
  • Support Project Managers and Superintendents throughout all phases of construction
  • Manage and track RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and design teams
  • Maintain and organize project documentation
  • Assist with cost control, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Help ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
  • Conduct site visits and progress inspections as needed

  • Experience in construction project engineering, preferably in multifamily
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project or similar tools
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specs
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and detail-driven
