As superintendent, you will manage all on-site construction, guaranteeing they are completed timely, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong understanding of construction processes and the ability to "lead from behind".Manage daily on-site construction operations to ensure project milestones are met. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain smooth workflows. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site. Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays. Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, logs, and reports.Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders effectively.
