Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Oakland, CA (Hybrid)Description:ONLY SUBMIT CANDIDATE CURRENTLY RESIDING LOCAL TO BAY AREA/WORK LOCATION-OAKLAND GO.ASSIGNMENT IS HYBRID AND EXPECTED TO BE ON-SITE FOR QUARTLY LEADERSHIP MEETINGS & AD HOC TEAM MEETINGS. TRAVEL FOR MEETINGS 1-2 TIMES PER MONTH MAX TO EITHER DAVIS, STOCKTON OR FRESNO (MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT FOR THESE MTGS OUTSIDE OF OAKLAND GO WITH MGR PRIOR APPROVAL).TOP THINGS LOOKING FOR: * Prior Executive/Administrative experience
  • Prior PG&E experience is a plus
  • Medium to high proficiency with MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, TEAMS, Outlook)

  • Maintain customer written correspondence and daily logs

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to deal with others
  • Ability to use judgment and reasoning in carrying out job duties

  • California Drivers License
