- Serve as a subject matter expert for Salsify and similar PIM software platforms
- Lead all aspects of the end-to-end implementation of a Product Information Management system for the Electrical business, including configuration, integration, and deployment
- Design and maintain data models, taxonomies, and product hierarchies working with our product teams,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, IT, Product, E-commerce) to define data requirements and workflows. Ensure those workflows are implemented and adhered to
- Ensure data governance, quality, and consistency across all channels
- Integrate PIM with ERP, CMS, DAM, and e-commerce platforms
- Manage ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting
- Train and support all direct and indirect PIM users throughout the business
- Develop documentation and best practices for PIM usage and maintenance
- Propose and implement new tools to maximize efficiencies and effectiveness of the PIM (e.g., AI, automation, personalization)
- Assist with the development and execution of effective marketing campaigns leveraging product data
- Advanced proficiency using PIM systems to manage and distribute product data
- Strong background in marketing, with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform product information strategies
- Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy in managing product data
- Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills for effective collaboration and customer engagement
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable operating in a matrix environment as the role will support several business units and functions
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, eCommerce or Computer Science/IT required; dual concentration in two of the above preferred
- Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in eCommerce Business Management or eCommerce Product Management or Product Marketing
- Expert in implementation of a PIM and related systems; Salsify a plus
- Digital Product & eCommerce experience, including digital marketing workflows
- Strong understanding of product data structures, taxonomy, and digital asset management
- Experience overseeing complex, multi-channel sales structures and broad products and solution sets
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
- 5% travel
